Hours & Directions

Most appointments are set between 9 AM and 8 PM, Mondays through Saturdays, depending on counselor availability. Each therapist maintains their own established hours of availability. Rare exceptions will be considered on a case by case or emergency basis.

With few exceptions, all sessions are conducted at:

We do have one counselor, Lisa Marie Hernandez, who works from a remote location in Bridgeport, Texas.  Specific directions will be given as needed. As you can see on Lisa’s biography, she is bilingual.

Directions to our main office:

From I-35W exit onto I-30 (West Freeway) westbound.

There are two ways to reach us from westbound I-30. The simplest is to exit on t0 Chisholm Trail (South). Follow signs leading to University Ave, which is the first and only free exit.  Take that exit. Please don’t miss it; it’s a long way to the next one! Go through the light at University Ave onto West Vickery Boulevard. On the immediate right you will see Independent Bank, followed by Southside Bank, then Spring Hill Suites by Marriott. As soon as you pass the hotel turn right on Pulido Street which will force you onto Locke Ave. The building will be on your right but facing Photo Ave – not I-30. If you go to the stop sign at Photo Ave, you have gone too far.

Or – you can exit I-30 at Montgomery Street.  Proceed east on West Rosedale Street (access road) for three blocks. Turn right (south) onto Photo Ave which passes in front of the building. Even though the address is West Freeway, the front of the building faces Photo Ave. If you pass Photo Ave you will wind up on University Drive. If that happens, follow the instructions below.

From University Drive, turn west on West Vickery Boulevard between the Chisholm Trail Parkway and I-30 overpasses. Follow the signs that lead to Chisholm Trail westbound. Above and to your left you will see Chisholm Trail. On the immediate right you will see Independent Bank, followed by Southside Bank, then Spring Hill Suites by Marriott. As soon as you pass the hotel turn right on Pulido Street which will force you onto Locke Ave. The building will be on your right but facing Photo Ave – not I-30. If you go to the stop sign at Photo Ave, you have gone too far.

The signage on the two-story building, which is best seen from the freeway, will not have our name on it. Instead, look for ‘Nelrod Business Center’. Use the west parking lot nearest the front door.  As you enter the building, the restrooms are to your left; our handicap accessible office is straight ahead – and down the hall. You will find us in Suite 105.

These instructions may sound complicated…. but they’re not – especially after the first visit! Meanwhile, if you need assistance – just give us a call at 817.812.3021.

Last word: If you choose to use Goggle Maps® or MapQuest.® and it puts you on the north side of I-30 – Beware! It’s wrong. Our office is south of I-30, just east of Montgomery.  Do not be surprised if the location comes up as the American Cancer Society. They were the last tenants.
